Course Presentation

The course is comprised of formal classroom sessions, role playing exercises, team activities, and open discussion.  Real-life scenarios are used throughout the course to provide the students with experience in dealing with situations that may arise.

Daily Schedule

Sessions run from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM daily, except for last day (end at noon).  No exam will be given.  A review activity will be completed on the last day.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full tuition is refunded for cancellations made more than 30 days before the program begins.  Substitute participants are welcome.  Tuition is refunded if Kinetix Quality Services cancels the program.
